This week is School Social Work Week and Robertson County Schools is thankful for the five school social workers that we have in our Family Services Department.

Robertson County Schools, in concert with the Tennessee Justice Center, held a legislative breakfast on Wednesday, February 25, at the Tennessee State Capitol to promote a bill that, if passed, would have the state cover the reduced-price portion of school meals for eligible students statewide.

Robertson County Schools will host a Pre-K Roundup event on March 10, 2026 from 3:00–6:00 PM. Translators will be available on site to assist families!

This month, we are proud to feature Jenna Swann Magee, a 2016 graduate of East Robertson High School, whose dedication to service, learning, and community has led her into the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse.

These kits include individualized letter sound flash cards, math activities, and fine motor materials, to support kindergarten readiness.

January is School Board Appreciation Month, and as we close the month, we want to do so the same way we began—by offering our sincere thanks to the six elected members of the Robertson County Board of Education. These individuals have chosen to serve our community in a role that requires time, thoughtful deliberation, and a deep commitment to the success of our students and schools.
